




Job Summary: Machining Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring part quality, managing measurement equipment, and coordinating continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure part quality through inspection and GD&T. 2. Manage calibration of measurement equipment and track non-conformities. 3. Coordinate with production and engineering to resolve issues. Quality Machining Quality Engineer Responsibilities: * Inspect parts according to drawings, GD\&T, and applicable standards. * Approve first-article inspections (FAI) and release machining processes. * Ensure control plans and quality procedures are in place. * Manage and calibrate measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, CMMs). * Track non-conformities and corrective actions. * Coordinate with production and engineering to resolve issues. * Prepare quality reports and metrics. * Train personnel and participate in audits. * Halt and reject products outside specifications. Requirements: * Engineering or technical degree; 3–5 years in machining quality. * Knowledge of CNC, GD\&T, metrology, SPC, and FMEA. * Experience in supervision and continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen).
