Job Summary: This role seeks a project manager to ensure effective project management, team development, and customer satisfaction by applying the Axioma methodology. Key Highlights: 1. Establishing long-term relationships with clients Purpose Ensure that the assigned project is managed within the agreed time, cost, and quality parameters by strategically and effectively applying the Axioma methodology, as well as achieving an understanding of the client's business. Support the selection and development of team members. Ensure that all project deliverables are fulfilled at 100% in accordance with the standards established in the business and project plan jointly developed between the client and Axioma. Responsibilities Develop and control the project schedule in Microsoft Project. Timely and accurate submission of operational progress reports, including financial status (profitability). Attend client meetings punctually and respect the scheduled meeting times. Conduct and document bi-monthly feedback sessions with team members. Take proactive actions to foster team and supplier integration through on-site or off-site meetings to promote collaboration. Identify and leverage client needs to offer additional services. Establish long-term relationships with clients through deep understanding of their business. Maintain close and cordial relations with the client and/or sponsor. Identify and contribute value-added elements for the client. Prepare high-quality progress reports for the client (weekly and monthly status reports). Identify and leverage client needs to offer additional services. Lead client meetings to present project progress. Achieve and document measurable value engineering initiatives. **Integrate and prepare high-quality information:** schedule, budget, approved drawings, roles-and-responsibilities matrix, procurement matrix, risk matrix, safety plan, and communication strategies. Daily use of methodology, templates, and practices based on Axioma’s project management approach. Document client processes and decisions via emails, letters, and minutes signed by the client. Flexibility to attend meetings and/or projects both within and outside their city upon request. Review the construction process to ensure work quality complies with standards defined in the Project Plan, specifications, and technical data sheets. Make timely, objective-focused decisions aligned with project goals. Evaluate potential scenarios to identify risks and prepare responses for emerging situations. Take proactive actions to foster team and supplier integration through on-site or off-site meetings to promote collaboration. Set individual work objectives, document them in writing, and conduct effective follow-up to support team member development. **Quarterly turnover rate:** 1\= staff reductions occurred during the quarter; 2\= no staff reductions; 3\= increase in proforma headcount. Holds certification in the Axioma Methodology. Delegates responsibly. Integrates both the team and project information. Sets the example for the team. Compliance with Axiowellness (3 hours of exercise per week, at least one nutritionist consultation and one psychologist consultation during the first semester of the year): 1\= not complied; 3\= 100% compliance.
