Opportunity for growth and continuous training **Hunter Sales Executive – Construction Sector** At **XE Brands**, we are looking for a **Hunter Sales Executive** focused on prospecting and developing new clients within the **construction and real estate development** sector. **Job Objective:** Generate new business opportunities through active prospecting of construction companies, developers, and real estate projects, achieving sales closure and positioning our solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and onboard new clients in the construction sector. * Generate and follow up on business opportunities. * Site visits to construction projects, developers, and architecture firms. * Present products and solutions to potential customers. * Negotiate and close sales. * Commercial follow-up until project delivery. **Requirements:** * Experience in **hunter-style sales or prospecting new clients**. * Experience selling to **construction companies, developers, or the construction industry** (preferred). * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Availability to conduct client visits. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commission plan. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:30; Saturday half-day (every other Saturday); Sunday off. * Statutory benefits. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Growth opportunities. * Continuous training.
