




**Job Description****Job Description:** The Level Two Implementation and Support Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, delivery, and specialized support of cybersecurity solutions, with a primary focus on Cisco solutions. This professional must be capable of providing advanced technical support, resolving security incidents, and managing the proper configuration of cybersecurity tools at an enterprise level. **Responsibilities:** * **Cybersecurity Solutions Implementation:** * Participate in the configuration and deployment of Cisco security solutions (including: WSA, CES, ESA) * Ideally additional knowledge of FTD, Firepower, and Cisco Umbrella. * Collaborate with project teams to plan, configure, and deploy security solutions for end clients. * Ensure correct integration of Cisco solutions with existing IT infrastructure. * **Level Two Support:** * Provide advanced technical support in resolving incidents related to cybersecurity solutions. * Diagnose and resolve complex security issues, acting as the point of contact for the first-level team. o Analyze and escalate incidents requiring third-party intervention or high-level support. * **Documentation:** * Provide technical training and best practices to end users and internal teams on the use and maintenance of implemented security solutions. * Document configurations, technical specifications, risk reports related to this type of technology, and best practices. * **Proactive Support:** * Identify and propose continuous improvements in security solutions to optimize performance and coverage. * Implement proactive practices to minimize incidents and improve overall security posture. **Skills** Effective Communication Customer Focus Innovative Thinking Teamwork Positive Attitude Expert Expert Expert Expert Expert Expert**Qualifications****Technical Skills and Requirements:** * **Knowledge of Cisco Solutions:** * Experience in implementing and supporting Cisco solutions, especially Cisco WSA, CES, ESA, desirable additional Cisco Firepower, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco ISE, among others. * In-depth knowledge of networks and security protocols (VPN, firewalling, IPS/IDS). * **Cybersecurity Skills:** * Knowledge of fundamental cybersecurity principles and best practices for preventing and mitigating threats. * Familiarity with intrusion detection and prevention technologies (IDS/IPS) * **Anti-malware Controls:** * Knowledge and experience with malware and vulnerability protection tools, such as antivirus, anti-malware, and other protection solutions. * Implementation and maintenance of security policies for detection, prevention, and mitigation of malicious threats. * **Essential Certifications:** * **Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CCNP Security or certifications related to CISCO technology** **Additional Skills:** * **Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with clients, technical and non-technical teams. * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to solve complex problems using a logical and structured approach. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate efficiently with other teams and departments. * **Time Management:** Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently. **Required Experience:** * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience * Experience in implementing and supporting Cisco solutions. **About Us** We believe in Latin America's innovative potential and passionately live digital transformation and convergence; that is why we want to help you maximize your business capabilities.
