Sales Development Representative (SDR) INTRODUCTION: As a sales development representative, you are the first point of contact for our potential customers and responsible for making that crucial first impression. You identify whether there’s a good fit between us and the prospect, answer their questions, and excite them to take the next steps toward becoming a valuable customer. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and entrepreneurial, looking to launch a successful career in sales, and will be responsible for prospecting and engaging leads, scheduling qualified meetings for the sales executive. WHAT YOU’LL DO:* Develop strategies with the team to prospect leads; * Map opportunities for the sales team; * Receive and organize leads from our database; * Research and analyze lead characteristics; * Prepare a script for the initial contact; * Prospect, engage, and qualify leads by identifying and presenting solutions to their needs; * Schedule meetings with the sales representative; * Maintain engagement with the lead until the meeting with the sales representative takes place; * Interact with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email; * Keep the CRM updated and organized. WHAT YOU NEED:* Fluency in Spanish * 1–2 years of prior experience working as an SDR or in sales-related roles * Active listening, strong communication skills, and resilience * Knowledge of inside sales * Familiarity with Spin Selling, BANT, and active prospecting * Ability to overcome and handle objections * Experience conducting sales presentations via phone and WhatsApp * Background in Inside Sales, Sales, Communication, Management, Marketing/Digital Education.
