REMOTE MEXICO October 23, 2025 Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform Developer for a full\-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. *You’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise\-grade solutions using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is responsible for architecting scalable applications, automating business processes, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring adherence to best practices in security, governance, and performance* REQUIREMENTS * 5\+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration. * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. * Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and REST APIs. * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. NICE TO HAVE * Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). * Experience with Power Platform AI components such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio. * Experience developing and deploying custom connectors in Power Platform. * Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform. * Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Microsoft Graph API. * Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL\-400, PL\-600, MS\-600\).
