Your leadership influences high\-impact decisions, and you thrive in dynamic environments where you can mentor teams, optimize delivery, and drive business outcomes. **The opportunity:** * Lead application development delivery teams to ensure successful technology implementation. * Develop and manage master project plans, optimize critical paths, and present alternate scenarios to improve delivery timelines. * Assist in budget planning and execution, apply earned value analysis, and report on budget variances across multiple projects. * Promote quality assurance practices, define and interpret QA metrics, and ensure alignment between requirements and solutions. * Lead stakeholder communications, status reviews, and reporting to manage expectations and clarify roles. * Align resource plans with team skillsets and career goals, fostering high\-performance teams and mentoring project leads. * Apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. * Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and lead risk management workshops. * Refine scope statements, manage scope changes, and develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS). * Manage multiple high\-risk, high\-visibility projects across global teams and locations.
