Experience in education and counseling Customer service skills Availability to work Monday through Saturday Responsibilities: * Monitor student corporate internship projects to ensure their success. * Provide personalized student tracking from enrollment through graduation. * Advise students on methodological aspects of their academic activities and study techniques, paying special attention to students with low grades or at risk. * Schedule the administration of EVADI, EDA, EGEL, and TOEIC exams for students. * Design and implement, together with Student Experience and Academic Quality, the orientation course for new students. * Monitor student class attendance in coordination with instructors. * Teach a curriculum subject for three hours per week.
