




**WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL** **WORK LOCATION: MEXICALI, BAJA CALIFORNIA** **Job Objective** Manage and control the administrative processes of construction projects, ensuring proper handling of human, financial, and material resources, thereby contributing to the timely execution of the construction schedule and achievement of company objectives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in construction administration. * Knowledge of payroll processing, invoicing, expense control, and budgeting. * Proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with construction processes and legal documentation. * High level of organization, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. **Key Responsibilities** * Attendance tracking for site personnel. * Preparation and monitoring of payroll and payments. * Administration of contracts, personnel files, and documentation. * Procurement, invoicing, and expense verification control. * Preparation of administrative and financial reports. * Coordination with site supervisors and resident engineers. * Inventory, warehouse, and supply management. * Tracking of personnel onboarding, offboarding, and incidents. * Support in internal audit and compliance processes. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Integrity and confidentiality. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Problem-solving. **Working Conditions and Environment** * Field and office-based work. * Willingness to relocate to construction sites. * Extended working hours during weekly or monthly administrative closings.
