Qualifications \& Skills * High School Education or equivalent, required. * 3\+ years of experience in Learning \& Development, Training, Leadership or HR. * HR and/or L\&D professional certifications preferred * Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities. * Thorough knowledge of HR and L\&D principles and best practices. * Experience coaching project teams to produce desired results. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. * Proficiency in MS Office/365 Suite; comfortable with virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx). * Experience facilitating both in\-person and virtual training sessions.
