




Lead the creation of visual designs and collaborate on advertising campaigns in accordance with established guidelines, following institutional policies and procedures to ensure visual consistency and quality across all created assets. **Responsibilities** * Create visual designs by developing graphic and advertising materials in line with established guidelines, measured by design quality and consistency. * Collaborate with marketing teams and other departments to align visual strategies, measured by campaign consistency. * Update visual content—such as graphic content—according to current trends, measured by design relevance and modernity. * Assist in creating visual elements for advertising campaigns, measured by efficiency and timeliness in delivering materials. * Manage design resources efficiently using design tools, measured by resource and time optimization. * Develop skills by participating in training programs to enhance design capabilities, measured by progress and performance on assigned tasks. * Review and refine designs according to quality standards, measured by internal and external client satisfaction. **Requirements** * Graphic Design or related degree * Minimum 1 year of experience * Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong communication skills * Gender: Unspecified * Proactive * Responsible * Team-oriented * Ability to work under pressure * Knowledge of flatbed printer, plotter, cutting machine, and printing tools Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
