**Lasec Technology Systems** is looking for a Safety and Hygiene Engineer to lead the implementation and supervision of programs aimed at ensuring a safe, healthy workplace in compliance with regulations. **Position: Safety and Hygiene Supervisor** **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and update industrial safety and hygiene programs. * Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments in facilities and processes. * Develop and deliver occupational risk prevention training for employees. * Supervise compliance with legal regulations regarding safety and hygiene. * Investigate work-related incidents, accidents, or illnesses and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design continuous safety improvement strategies. **Requirements:** * Degree in Safety and Hygiene Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Up-to-date knowledge of safety and occupational health regulations (STPS, NOM, among others). * Skills in risk analysis, audits, and technical report writing. * Proficiency in management tools and software related to workplace safety. * Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities. * **Willingness to travel; work location is Torreón.** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A dynamic work environment committed to the safety and well-being of its employees.
