**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Coordinate and optimize supply, storage, and distribution activities at the branch, ensuring efficient use of space, timely deliveries, and accurate inventory management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring their quality and preventing losses. * Plan and control the recording of materials and equipment, as well as their proper arrangement in the warehouse. * Coordinate home deliveries and shipments to other branches, verifying documentation and vehicle conditions. * Monitor permits, insurance, maintenance, and documentation of delivery vehicles. * Control and file supplier and sales invoices. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and with equipment in good condition. * Operate forklifts and ensure their proper functioning. * Train new staff on processes, storage, and material handling. * Perform reorganizing tasks and quality inspections as required. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school or technical degree (preferred). * Desired: Studies in logistics, administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution. * Experience in personnel management, deliveries, and inventory control. * Forklift operation experience. * Route planning and distribution logistics experience. * Invoice and warehouse documentation control. **WE OFFER:** * **Quarterly bonuses** for meeting performance goals * **Statutory benefits** (IMSS, vacation, Christmas bonus) * **Free uniforms** * Opportunities for **career development and advancement** within the company * A stable, organized work environment with a focus on teamwork The salary is 10,800 monthly net
