As Head Cook, you will be responsible for the proper execution of the menu, ensuring that each dish is prepared according to the established recipe, with excellent presentation and within the required time frames. We highly value a proactive attitude, organization, and the ability to work as part of a team. **Profile we are looking for:** We are seeking someone with: * Minimum of 3 **years** of professional cooking experience, preferably in cafés or brunch-style restaurants. * Knowledge and ability to precisely and consistently follow **recipes**. * A **proactive**, solution-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. * **Leadership**, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Good communication and willingness to coordinate with bar staff and servers. * Knowledge of **food hygiene and safety regulations** (H certification is a plus). * Experience in inventory control, supply management, and waste reduction. * Flexible availability and excellent customer service attitude. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Prepare food according to the established menu while maintaining consistent quality in taste, presentation, and portion size. * Supervise cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the kitchen area and equipment. * Coordinate daily kitchen operations together with the rest of the team. * Check stock levels, receive supplies, and maintain proper inventory control. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards during every shift. * Collaborate in the development of new dishes or operational improvements, if required.
