**Are you passionate about construction and eager to grow alongside a young, expanding company?** We are seeking a **Construction Resident** to lead our **urban development and public works projects** on-site, specifically in **Naucalpan**, with occasional visits to our offices in Cuajimalpa. We seek a candidate with solid experience in projects that transform the environment—from road paving to drinking water and drainage networks. We aim to bring on board talent committed to technical quality, operational order, and timely, effective achievement of objectives. **What will you do in this role?** * Directly coordinate on-site work: urban development, road paving, hydraulic and drainage networks. * Lead operational staff, contractors, and suppliers to fulfill the construction schedule. * Monitor that construction processes are executed in accordance with drawings, regulations, and quality standards. * Prepare daily logs, progress reports, and photographic evidence. * Address technical issues as they arise, making strategic decisions on-site. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar projects (urban development, water systems, drainage, asphalt resurfacing). * In-depth knowledge of construction processes, site safety, and applicable regulations. * Leadership, proactivity, and ability to coordinate diverse teams. * Full availability for on-site work and office meetings. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to participate in significant urban improvement and public works projects. * Collaboration with a growing company focused on long-term vision. * Work location: Naucalpan \| Office visits: Cuajimalpa * Schedule: Monday to Saturday (in-person) We’d love to meet you if you’re motivated to build functional, safe environments for the community—while upholding quality in every detail.
