Cuauhtémoc, Xalapa, Ver. 91069 Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain attractive, up-to-date menus aligned with customer preferences and seasonal availability. * Lead, motivate, and train the kitchen team to ensure optimal performance. * Efficiently manage ingredient and supply costs to ensure an appropriate profit margin. * Ensure supplies and ingredients remain fresh and are stored properly. * Stay current with culinary trends and technological advancements to deliver a unique and satisfying dining experience for customers. * Analyze situations and devise effective solutions to unexpected challenges. * Collaborate effectively with other departments and the kitchen team to guarantee a satisfactory customer experience. * Set a strong example through solid work ethics and commitment to quality and food safety.
