***We are hiring an "Accounting Manager"*** Requirements: * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance * Experience in general accounting, financial accounting, accounts payable, tax return review, and financial statements Responsibilities: * Supervise the entire accounting department: accounts payable, costs, inventory, billing, and general accounting. * Ensure accurate and timely monthly accounting closings. * Validate financial statements, identify variances, and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, DIOT, informative tax filings). * Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as submission of information to accounting firms. * Analyze cost variances, inventory movements, and accounting adjustments. * Supervise bank, supplier, customer, expense, and fixed asset reconciliations. * Manage the registration, control, and depreciation of fixed assets. * Implement improvements in accounting processes, internal controls, and ERP system utilization. * Prepare financial reports, performance analyses, and presentations for management. * Monitor the annual budget and evaluate variances. * Maintain relationships with banks and third parties from an accounting perspective.
