Thanks to the experience and dedication of the 4,500 people on our team, we work together towards a clear goal: achieving a zero-emission future where everyone has access to affordable and clean energy. **At RES, we are looking for Photovoltaic Operations Technicians for solar parks located in Perote, Veracruz** **Responsibilities:** * Support daily solar park monitoring using SCADA systems and supervision platforms. * Conduct visual and technical field inspections to verify equipment and facility conditions. * Assist in collecting operational data and preparing basic performance and event reports. * Perform operational tasks under supervision, such as opening/closing disconnectors or string box checks. * Support basic cleaning and first-level preventive maintenance tasks (as trained). * Participate in safety management by reporting unsafe conditions and assisting in LOTO procedure implementation. * Provide support to senior technicians and supervisors during corrective or emergency activities as required. Contribute to incident documentation and follow-up on simple alarms. **Requirements** Higher Technician or Technical Engineering degree in electricity, electronics, renewable energies, or related fields — Training in Electrical Safety and environmental regulations (desirable) Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in solar park operations.
