Implementation of protocols and logbooks. Coordination with clients and internal departments. Supervision of patrols, access control, and daily reporting. Ensuring standards of discipline, punctuality, and professional appearance among staff. (You will supervise 8 personnel stationed in the Bajío region) **Requirements** Minimum 1 year of experience as a private security supervisor. Experience managing work teams. Willingness to travel.
