Responsibilities: * Efficiently supervise production processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Lead the operations team, ensuring proper task assignment and staff development. * Manage 30 to 60 people per shift. * Rotating shifts monthly. * Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize resource utilization. * Report incidents and progress to Operations Management. * Manage achievement of daily and monthly production targets. Requirements: * Education: Completed high school diploma or equivalent (upper secondary education). * Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the plastics or manufacturing sector. * Solid knowledge of industrial processes, team leadership, and KPI management. * Availability to work on-site in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. * Ability to make decisions under pressure.
