Knowledgeable in the following HR areas: human resources management, recruitment and selection, employee file management, biometric attendance tracking, vacation control, payroll processing, employee incidents, severance calculation and documentation, labor relations, implementation of the Internal Labor Regulations, employee training and onboarding, organizational climate, NOM-035 (Psychosocial Risk Factors), occupational safety and hygiene.
