





Chef – Casa Aulicaba Location: Orizaba, Veracruz Schedule: Full-time Modality: In-person Job Description: At Casa Aulicaba, a restaurant with an innovative concept of contemporary Mexican cuisine, we are seeking a Chef with leadership, organization, and passion for gastronomy. The candidate will be responsible for directing and supervising all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellence in every dish. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during service. * Plan daily and weekly production schedules. * Manage inventories, purchase requests, waste control, and production costs. * Design and standardize menus, recipes, and presentations. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and good food handling practices. * Train, organize, and evaluate kitchen staff. * Collaborate with management in creating new culinary proposals and special events. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in professional kitchens or similar roles. * Solid knowledge in kitchen administration and inventory management. * Ability to lead teams and work under pressure. * Excellent organizational, communication, and commitment skills. * Passion for cooking, quality, and innovation.
