FORD JALAPA SERVICE Requirements: \- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Mechanics, or related field \- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry, including direct customer interaction, automotive mechanics, general sales, and negotiation. \- Professional appearance and strong interest in customer service. \- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles, plus valid driver’s license. \- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment. \- Must reside in Xalapa, Veracruz. Key responsibilities: \- Attend to customers and generate service orders by identifying their needs. \- Promote, market, and sell extended warranties, insurance, accessories, and maintenance packages. \- Prepare and follow up on quotations. \- Receive, track, and deliver vehicles coming to the workshop for maintenance or major repairs. \- Ensure excellence in customer service and follow-up.
