Currently, we are seeking a candidate to join our Operations Department in the position of: **Operations Supervisor** * Position objective: Contribute to the safety and optimal operation of the quarry, crushing, and hauling areas, meeting quality, quantity, and timeliness requirements while maximizing the use of assigned human and material resources. * Required profile: · Education: Degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Geology, Civil Engineering, or related field. · Gender: Indistinct · Age: 25 years and older · Experience: 1 year in quarry exploitation, operations supervision, personnel management, and explosives handling. · Basic knowledge: Statistical analysis, Microsoft Office software, standard transmission vehicle driving. · License: Valid type B or C driver's license * Main responsibilities: · Assign tasks to the operations team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties. · Participate in the design, calculation, and preparation of blasting operations. · Supervise drilling, hauling, crushing, and material batching activities at the facility. · Verify faults reported by operators, notify the maintenance department, and enter them into the ERP failure system. · Control and keep updated quality procedures and records within the area. · Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations and standards. · Supervise site access area preparations. · Generate production indicator reports with accurate and timely information for submission to the Operations Manager. · Participate in the annual training and development program. · Manage and participate in audit processes. * Job offer: · Monthly salary: $21,500.00 MXN · Monthly productivity bonus · Work tools and PPE provided · 100% IMSS registration · On-site work location in Apazapan, Veracruz · 8-hour shifts with shift rotation availability * Benefits: · Life insurance · Free uniforms twice a year · Benefits exceeding statutory requirements · Employee transportation · Savings fund · Cafeteria service · Annual medical exams **If you wish to participate in the hiring process and join our team, please attach your CV when applying.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 - $21,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
