A major food industry company, expanding its operations, is seeking: Boiler Operator / Stoker Easy access to the El Salto Industrial Park, Jalisco Age: 25 to 55 years old Education: Technical degree, Industrial Engineer or TSU, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field Experience: 1 to 2 years DC-3 certification in safe boiler and compressor operation (NOM-020-STPS-2011) (Desirable) Responsible for ensuring proper boiler operation, as well as performing general repairs in serviced areas (Maintenance), including pneumatic machinery, steam systems, mechanical equipment, and building infrastructure. 1. Boiler operation. 2. Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in the boiler area. 3. Clean supply tanks. 4. Verify water levels in cisterns. 5. Maintain logbooks. 6. Record operational parameters graphically. 7. Pressure management. 8. Handling, transportation, and storage of hazardous materials and waste. 9. Cover absences when necessary.
