1. Perform accurate accounting entries in the ERP system with proper documentation, authorizations, and in compliance with current policies/procedures. 2. Review accounting entries made in the ERP system to ensure they are correct, supported by documentation and authorizations, and comply with current policies/procedures. 3. Review cash register reports and corresponding cash funds submitted by branches. 4. Verify that the accounting guide is up to date and functional for meeting users' information needs. 5. Confirm that accounting accounts contain updated information. 6. Perform reconciliation of accounting accounts and, where necessary, the corresponding clearing of unmatched entries. 7. Maintain document control of accounting supporting documents to comply with tax regulations. 8. Review supporting documents for petty cash expense verification and their accounting registration. 9. Review supporting documents for travel expense verification and their accounting registration. 10. Prepare analytical schedules, summary schedules, and requested working papers. 11. Monitor unmatched entries. 12. Respond to information requests from external accounting firms and/or audit firms.
