**RADIOLOGIST** Location: **TOLUCA, METEPEC, AND CALIMAYA** **REQUIREMENTS**: Physician with specialization in Radiology (degree and professional license mandatory). Certification from the Mexican Council of Radiology and Imaging – valid. **Mandatory**: Minimum 3 years of experience interpreting studies in clinical settings or diagnostic laboratories. Technical knowledge: – Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and medical imaging software. – Knowledge of applicable NOM regulations in radiology and radiation protection. Skills: – Organization and attention to detail. – Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. – Professional ethics and medical responsibility. – Effective physician\-patient and physician\-colleague communication. – Interdisciplinary teamwork. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To perform, interpret, and issue diagnostic imaging study reports, ensuring technical quality, diagnostic accuracy, and professional patient care in accordance with medical protocols and applicable health regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** – Interpret medical imaging studies: conventional radiography, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), mammography, among others, as offered by the laboratory. – Issue timely, clear radiological reports using appropriate medical terminology. – Validate the technical quality of acquired images and request repeat studies in case of suboptimal or defective images. – Collaborate with radiologic technologists to ensure proper performance of procedures. – Provide medical guidance to patients regarding the scheduled imaging study (where applicable). – Ensure compliance with biosafety and radiation protection protocols. – Participate in clinical sessions or medical meetings when required. – Continuously update knowledge on diagnostic techniques and health regulations. – Perform minimally invasive image\-guided procedures, such as ultrasound\-guided biopsies.
