**Position:** Maintenance Assistant ### **Why is this position important?** This position is key because thanks to you, we ensure that our facilities, equipment, and spaces are in perfect condition so that everyone can work safely, comfortably, and focused on providing excellent service to our members. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** activities in areas such as electricity, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance. * **Respond to reports and malfunctions** in facilities, furniture, and vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. * **Diagnose failures**, determine required materials or spare parts, estimate repair times, and coordinate their resolution with the Maintenance Supervisor. * **Supervise external vendor work**, verifying compliance with specifications and quality standards. * Perform **inspections and operational tests** on equipment such as substations and emergency generators, ensuring proper performance and fuel supply. * Prepare **activity and follow-up reports**, maintaining clear and up-to-date records of equipment and facility conditions. ### **What we are looking for:** * Basic experience in general maintenance (electricity, plumbing, painting, drywall, or carpentry). * Proactive, organized attitude with a problem-solving focus. * Teamwork skills and effective communication. * Availability to travel to branches within the states of Veracruz and Puebla. * Minimum education: high school diploma. * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. ### **We Offer:** * **Biweekly salary of $5,500** * **Monthly grocery vouchers.** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus (45 days). * **Life insurance.** * **Economic leave permissions.** * **Payroll loans and advances.** * **Free birthday day off.** * **Continuous training** and growth opportunities. ### **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ### **Want to join our team?** Apply through this channel.
