**Quality and Materials Control Supervisor** **Location:** FINSA 1 Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León **Department:** Quality / Operations **Salary:** **Up to $40,000 MXN gross monthly \+ benefits exceeding statutory requirements** **Job Description** We are seeking a **Quality and Materials Control Supervisor** to lead the DMR area. **DMR (Defective Material Review)** is the department responsible for **reviewing, controlling, and tracking defective materials**, ensuring they are repaired, returned to the supplier, or properly scrapped—thereby preventing defective materials from reaching customers or production. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage the entire DMR process end-to-end. * Coordinate supplier returns (RTV) and track RMAs. * Manage inventory, cycle counts, and the flow of defective materials. * Prepare status reports (volumes, values, response times). * Coordinate team members and assign work priorities. * Support Engineering and Quality teams in analyzing and tracking materials. * Execute transactions in ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * Experience as a supervisor or team leader in Quality, Warehouse, or Operations departments. * Experience in inventory management, receiving, shipping, or returns. * ERP system proficiency (SAP is a plus). * **Intermediate English**, sufficient for basic daily conversations. * **Valid U.S. travel visa** (mandatory requirement). * Willingness to travel for training purposes.
