**A metal-mechanical company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with mandatory experience in the metal-mechanical industry.** The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, controlling, and optimizing production area activities. Their primary function is to ensure that manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and repair processes for metal components comply with the company’s established quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution of production processes to ensure final product quality. * Monitor compliance with work orders, timelines, and production standards. * Coordinate technical and operational staff, assigning tasks according to departmental planning. * Verify the condition and proper functioning of machinery, tools, and equipment. * Implement and enforce industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * Prepare production, incident, and maintenance reports. * Propose process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. * Ensure continuous training of personnel under their supervision. **Profile** * Technical or engineering education in related fields: Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Metallurgical Engineering. * Knowledge of metal-mechanical processes, quality control, and production management. * Preferred experience supervising metal-mechanical plants or workshops. * Knowledge of machines and tools (lathes, milling machines, bending machines, shearing machines, punching machines, saws, etc.). **Attitudes and Values** * Leadership and accountability. * Commitment to quality and safety. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Professional ethics and discipline. * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement.
