**JOB OBJECTIVE:** Provide support for industrial mechanical maintenance tasks on process machinery, participating in repair, inspection, assembly, and installation of equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, centrifuges, valves, mills, agitators, rotating equipment, and process machinery. * Support disassembly, adjustment, lubrication, cleaning, and assembly of mechanical components. * Perform basic metrology tasks, layout marking, measurements, use of hand tools, and workshop equipment. * Assist in supervised mechanical repairs within production areas and workshops. * Support failure analysis and report abnormal equipment conditions. * Comply with industrial safety procedures in areas handling molasses, sugar, and alcohol. * Maintain order in the work area, assigned tools, and equipment. * Participate in mechanical projects and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor. * Support installation and commissioning of new machinery. * Prepare simple maintenance records and activity progress reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Completed technical program in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of industrial mechanical maintenance experience. * **Desirable Experience:** * Mechanical maintenance support in industrial plants * Participation in basic repair or installation projects * **Basic Knowledge:** Tool handling, mechanical principles, lubrication, basic metrology, simple blueprint reading. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel to other work sites and/or geographic relocation. * **Competencies:** Proactivity, organization, discipline, quick learning ability, teamwork, and safety orientation. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and opportunities for career advancement to Industrial Mechanic. * Continuous training on specialized machinery. \* **SUCCESS INDICATORS:** * Timely completion of assigned tasks. * Proper execution of tasks under supervision. * Zero safety incidents. * Orderliness, discipline, and proper tool handling. * Effective support in mechanical maintenance and projects.
