PROFESSIONAL FLEET ADVISOR – Xalapa, Veracruz Job Offer: * Work Mode: On-site * Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Rest Days: Rotating * Contract Type: Trial period (3 months), thereafter converted to indefinite-term contract depending on productivity * Monthly Salary: Guaranteed base salary of $8,364.00 gross per month for the first 3 months (gross salary means deductions such as ISR and IMSS are applied); after the trial period, compensation is commission-based * 1.6% commission * Commissions paid monthly in arrears * INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans are also considered, if applicable * Biweekly payments * Age: 25–45 years old * Minimum 2 years’ experience in fleet sales * Job Objective: * Define and implement, in accordance with both company policies and those of the distributor, fleet sales strategies targeting enterprises, aiming to increase unit sales volume and/or distributor profitability. Education: * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting * Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge & Skills: * Sales techniques * Customer service * General knowledge of vehicle components * Familiarity with government procurement processes * General administration and accounting * Excellent spelling and writing skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Job Type: Full-time Salary: $8,364.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
