





**JOB OFFER: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** Atila Financiera, a leading company in the financial sector, is seeking to add an Administrative Assistant to its team. We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual for the administration department. **SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:** * Manage all activities related to billing and procurement * Logistics, administration, and distribution of assets across all departments * Tracking and handling of procedures and permits with various agencies * Proposing and monitoring internal controls * Assisting General Management * Interacting with suppliers and tracking payments **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Excellent communication skills. **WE OFFER:** * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm * IMSS, vacations, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Base salary with weekly payments * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
