Position Summary: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal environmental regulations by managing regulatory instruments and providing technical-legal support to the organization. Waste management and response to authority requirements Position Objective · Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal environmental regulations by managing regulatory instruments and providing technical-legal support to the organization. · Primary Responsibilities Preparation and updating of COAs. Processing and tracking of LAUs. Management and accompaniment in MIA procedures. Design and control of Waste Management Plans (WMPs). Coordination of environmental audits. Document control and monitoring of environmental indicators. Response to authority requirements (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, CONAGUA). · Requirements · Experience in: COA (corresponding portal). LAU and its conditions. Evaluation and monitoring of MIA.
