We are seeking a highly experienced **Interior Design Manager** to lead and ensure aesthetic excellence and brand standards across all our properties. **Position Objective** The **Interior Design Manager** is responsible for ensuring that interior design and styling across all our properties comply with strict brand requirements and Presidential guidelines. This position is critical for: * + **Verifying and maintaining** aesthetic standards across the entire portfolio. + **Managing and executing** in-house interior design projects. + Serving as a **strategic liaison** between the Projects Department and Hotel Directors to channel and address design needs. **Key Responsibilities** As Interior Design Manager, your key responsibilities will include: * + Developing in-house interior, styling, and decoration projects for operational properties, including smaller-scale designs such as restaurants, retail shops, and window displays. + Conducting frequent site visits to audit and verify compliance with company- and Presidential-established styling and interior design standards. + Creating and/or validating finish moodboards for in-house and external projects, including managing value-engineering re-specifications. + Maintaining ongoing contact with Hotel Directors to follow up on internal improvement projects (interiors, FF&E, decoration). + Reporting to the Projects and Maintenance Directorate and supervising the work of a Junior Architect and a Design Coordinator. **Minimum Requirements** * + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** (Mandatory), with specialization in **Interior Design**. + **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of professional experience, with **mandatory focus** on **luxury hospitality projects**. **Specific Knowledge:** * + Development of executive projects (Design and Construction). + Construction supervision (interiors and furniture). + Project Management. + Experience managing projects with **foreign designers**. + Construction budget management. **Technical Competencies:** * + **Mandatory:** English (Advanced), AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite. **Interested?** If you meet this profile and are ready to take our design excellence to the next level, we want to meet you!
