We are a 100% Mexican company and the national leader in the distribution of seed packets and gardening supplies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field. * Residence near Tepoztlán, Morelos, or willingness to relocate. * Desire to grow professionally in this field. * Minimum age: 22 years. **Challenges:** * Design and produce graphic materials for digital and physical channels (e.g., social media, landing pages, web banners, email marketing, infographics, presentations, brochures, exhibition booths, etc.). * Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials. * Design packaging for physical products, considering functionality, aesthetics, and materials. * Ensure technical feasibility and brand consistency. * Create packaging prototypes and mockups prior to final production. * Stay updated on packaging trends, sustainable materials, and labeling regulations. * Supervise and guarantee final packaging design quality before printing or manufacturing. * Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets. **Knowledge:** * **Design Software:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — mandatory; After Effects and Premiere Pro — desirable). * **Digital Marketing:** Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) and their content formats. **Competencies and Skills:** * Creativity and innovation applied to physical products. * Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility to create packaging that stands out in the market. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. * Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, production, and suppliers. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Timely delivery of packaging meeting quality standards. * Positive feedback from internal and external clients, as well as end consumers. * Continuous innovation and improvement in packaging design and functionality.
