**Brazing Welder** **Location:** Ciénega de Flores, N.L. **Employment Type:** Full-time – On-site **Shift:** Fixed shift from 6:00 a.m. to 3:36 p.m. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Brazing Welder** to perform brazing processes on copper and/or steel components used in Dry Coil units, ensuring proper joining, repair, alignment, and sealing of tubing, headers, and assemblies. The candidate will be responsible for conducting leak tests, identifying defects, and performing re-brazing as required, while adhering to departmental quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Responsibilities** * Perform brazing processes on copper and other metal components according to drawings and technical specifications. * Conduct nitrogen underwater leak tests and identify/repair defective joints. * Select torch tips, fluxes, and filler alloys based on production orders. * Clean and prepare surfaces before and after the brazing process. * Operate JIB cranes and overhead cranes for safe positioning of components. * Comply with quality, safety, productivity, and EHS policy standards. * Support 5S activities, organization, and material restocking. * Flex to related workstations as required. * Report non-conforming products, hazards, or anomalies to the supervisor. **Key Activities** * Torch brazing (single and dual tip). * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and dimensional sketches. * Using measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and protractors. * Identifying filler alloys, fluxes, and torch tips. * Basic joint cleaning and preparation techniques. * Leak identification and repair. * Compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage, and 5S principles. **Requirements** * Age: 19 to 45 years old. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in brazing, welding, or torch operation. * Experience in the metal-mechanical industry. * Experience in leak repair or re-brazing. * Experience operating JIB cranes and overhead cranes. * Residency near **Ciénega de Flores**. * Availability for a fixed morning shift. * Valid **U.S. VISA and/or PASSPORT**. **We Offer** * **Starting salary:** $700 (per day). * Meal vouchers. * Savings fund contribution of **5.5%**. * Year-end bonus equivalent to **15 days' pay**. * Vacation premium of **25%**. * P&A bonus. * Job stability and a safe working environment. **Work Location:** On-site – Ciénega de Flores, N.L.
