We are looking for a professional with experience in the hospitality industry to drive our sales and marketing strategies, strengthening the hotel's presence in the local, state, and national markets. Job Description: The Sales Manager will be responsible for: * Designing and implementing commercial strategies to increase hotel occupancy and profitability. * Coordinating and supervising the sales and reservations team. * Managing relationships with companies, travel agencies, institutions, and tourism organizations. * Preparing budgets, reports, and sales forecasts. * Promoting the hotel at trade fairs, events, and tourism promotion activities. * Collaborating closely with Marketing, Banquets, and General Management departments. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or similar positions. * Knowledge of OTAs, corporate agreements, and market segmentation. * Strong negotiation, leadership, and results-oriented skills. * Availability to travel and attend promotional events.
