





JOB DESCRIPTION Position Objective Drive sales growth in the wholesale channel by promoting, displaying, negotiating, and following up on Ajemex brand products, ensuring the proper execution of sales strategies and satisfaction of wholesale customers. **Main Responsibilities** Promote the product portfolio at wholesale retail points, warehouses, and distribution centers. Negotiate space, displays, and promotions with floor managers or supervisors. Ensure product availability on shelves and in storage areas. Place POP materials and maintain proper brand presentation. Monitor prices, promotions, and direct competition. Report incidents, price changes, and daily or weekly results. Support events, tastings, or demonstrations at wholesale retail locations. Meet established sales, distribution, and coverage targets. **Position Profile** Education: Completed high school, desirable. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a Promoter or Wholesale Salesperson. Desirable experience in fast-moving consumer goods or beverages. Knowledge of wholesale markets (Central de Abasto, warehouses, distributors, etc.). **Knowledge and Skills:** Promotion and negotiation techniques. Inventory management and sales reporting. Effective communication and business relationships. Organization, follow-up, and results orientation. **Personal Competencies:** Proactive and goal-oriented. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Commitment and sense of responsibility. Ability to work under pressure and with high mobility.
