Your main responsibilities will be: * Design recruitment and selection strategies. * Post job openings, conduct interviews, and coordinate evaluations. * Support payroll calculation, ISN, IMSS global payments, and benefits administration. * Promote open communication between employees and the company. * Assist in employment terminations and conflict resolution. * Stay up to date on current labor legislation. * Measure and analyze employee performance and propose improvements. * Organize and update personnel files, contracts, and documents. * Prepare management reports and support events and strategic planning. * Manage stationery and administrative supplies inventory. * Analyze metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * 1 year of experience (preferred but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of labor laws and administrative processes. * Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Proactivity, organization, and excellent service attitude. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break). * **WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND GROW WITH A COMPANY IN EXPANSION.** **We offer:** * Weekly salary of $2,400 to $2,700 **net** (based on experience) * *Payments every Friday via Banorte (no pay lag week)* * Punctuality bonus * Product discounts * Savings fund * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,655.34 – $13,290.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
