





Description **\*Residence in Xalapa, Veracruz is mandatory.** As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that enable an organization’s operations. This role will involve working with hardware, software, networks, and security systems. You will serve as a key member of the IT department, ensuring all technological resources operate seamlessly and align with the company’s standards and objectives. Knowledge: * Proficiency in MS Office * Proficiency in CAT6 cabling * Knowledge of LAN and WAN networks * CCTV * FIREWALL * Planning and maintenance of hardware and software * Windows servers * NAS servers * Databases (SQL) * Remote connections / VPNs * Email configuration * Antivirus configuration (console) * Network and user support * Internet * CRM ***business*** pro and service excellence management Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and support the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems of an organization or a segment of a network system. * Monitor the network to ensure its availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to sustain network availability. * Maintain and administer computer networks and related IT environments, including computer hardware, system software, application software, and all configurations. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system issues, replacing defective components when necessary. * Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. * Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or antivirus software. * Operate master consoles to monitor computer system and network performance, and coordinate network access and usage. * Design, configure, and test computer hardware, network software, and operating system software. * Recommend improvements to systems and network configurations, and determine related hardware or software requirements. * Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to stay current with developments in the networking industry. * Train personnel on computer system usage as required. * Document network and technical support activities.
