We are currently seeking personnel to join our Maintenance department, where employees will have opportunities for professional development within the company. **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** **Objective:** Lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for equipment and machinery in open-pit mining operations, ensuring operational readiness, efficiency, and safety to support safe and efficient mining operations. **Required Profile:** · **Education:** Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Maintenance Engineering, or Technical Certification in Mechanical Maintenance, preferably with knowledge in mining. · **Gender:** Indifferent · **Age:** 25 years and older · **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in mechanical maintenance of heavy diesel-powered machinery, including at least 2 years in team supervision or leadership roles. · **License:** Valid driver's license (preferably standard car) **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery and mechanical systems. * Coordinate activities of mechanical technician teams, providing them with all necessary resources to begin operations. * Perform failure diagnostics on high-tonnage machinery and specialized equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, drills, etc.). * Verify malfunctions reported by the operations department, notifying the immediate supervisor for scheduling required supplies and spare parts. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Participate in internal audits of the integrated management system. * Manage inventory of spare parts, lubricants, and tools within the maintenance area. * Prepare and analyze technical reports, failure statistics, and equipment availability data. * Train and motivate subordinate staff in proper maintenance and safety practices. * Identify training needs within the department, ensure scheduled programs are carried out, and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities in coordination with the Human Resources department. * Coordinate with the operations department to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization. **Skills:** · Leadership and team management. · Effective communication and decision-making. · Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. · Ability to resolve complex technical problems. **Employment Offer:** · $21,500.00 pesos monthly · Monthly productivity bonus · Work tools provided · 100% IMSS social security coverage **Work Location:** Apazapan, Veracruz. **Benefits:** · Life insurance · Uniforms · Benefits exceeding legal requirements · Transportation · Savings fund · On-site dining service **Work Schedule:** Availability to work 8-hour rotating shifts.
