





**Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper operation of the store, guaranteeing the achievement of sales targets, inventory control, and excellent customer service, contributing to the profitability and growth of the branch. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise the sales team and operational floor staff. * Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve issues at the point of sale. * Achieve and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Manage inventory, including monitoring product inflows and outflows. * Coordinate supplier deliveries and product placement. * Ensure proper cash handling and daily cash reconciliations. * Implement product promotion and display strategies. * Train and motivate the work team. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the store. * Comply with company policies and procedures. **Basic Knowledge:** * Retail point-of-sale management. * Sales techniques and customer service. * Knowledge of hardware products, construction materials, and tools. * Inventory management and warehouse control. * Basic use of point-of-sale systems and Excel. * Management and productivity indicators (sales, shrinkage, turnover, etc.). **Job Competencies – (Knowledge)** * Store operations processes. * Leadership and personnel management techniques. * Administrative and cash control. * Daily work planning and organization. * Workplace safety and hygiene. **Skills and Abilities** * Lead and motivate work teams. * Resolve conflicts and make quick decisions. * Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. * Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate deliveries. * Control inventory and ensure product turnover. * Meet objectives under pressure. * Supervise compliance with internal policies. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree (preferably in administration or commercial fields). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in store leadership or supervision (preferably in hardware, building materials, etc.) * Age: 28\-45 years * Gender: Indifferent. * Flexible availability.
