





**Position Objective:** Ensure control, recording, and proper organization of inventories of hardware products and construction materials. The inventory assistant will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, preventing losses, supporting the receipt and dispatch of goods, and collaborating in the continuous improvement of inventory management in warehouses and sales areas. **Main Functions:** * Perform periodic physical inventory counts (cyclical and general). * Record product entries and exits in the system. * Verify and match received products against invoices or delivery notes. * Support in receiving, unloading, and arranging merchandise. * Label, classify, and properly locate products in warehouse or store. * Report discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged products. * Assist in preparing orders for customers or internal transfers. * Collaborate with sales and warehouse departments to maintain availability and order. * Comply with product rotation policies (FIFO or similar). * Conduct internal audits and inventory reports. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school, incomplete bachelor’s degree, or technical career **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in inventory, warehouse, or logistics. Experience in hardware stores or construction materials is desirable. **Age: 20 years and older.** **Gender: Indifferent.** **Availability: For periodic travel, work on Sundays if required.** **Specific knowledge/skills:** * Organization and order. * Attention to detail. * Honesty and responsibility. * Teamwork. * Physical and mental agility. * Effective communication. * Simple decision-making. * Ability to follow processes and procedures. * Knowledge of hardware products. * Familiarity with digital systems.
