Organizational Analyst Location: Xalapa, Veracruz You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and updating the organization's job profiles and descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the responsibilities, competencies, and objectives of each area, in order to optimize recruitment, selection, and talent management processes. Required Profile: * Age: 25 to 30 years. * Gender: Indistinct. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in creating job profiles and descriptions. * Proficiency in Office suite, Excel, Dropbox, and Microsoft Teams. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Professional confidentiality and ethics. * Good communication skills. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Lunch break: 1 hour. Main Responsibilities: * Gather information through interviews and meetings with employees from different departments. * Develop and update job profiles and descriptions according to organizational needs. * Analyze collected data based on the evaluated profile. * Identify and document technical and behavioral competencies for each position. * Collaborate with department leaders to validate roles, responsibilities, and requirements. * Keep the job description database up to date, including proper organization of folders and files.
