You will support leaders and teams throughout critical HR processes, facilitating sustainable growth, talent attraction and retention, and organizational development within a creative context. **Key Responsibilities – Talent Management in Marketing and Advertising** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Act as a strategic partner for leaders and interdisciplinary teams, advising on HR matters and organizational development. * Promote company culture, ensuring alignment between corporate values and the marketing, advertising, and creative environment. * Design and implement recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for diverse and specialized talent in digital marketing, communications, and creativity. * Lead performance evaluation processes, continuous feedback, and individual and group development plans. * Manage training, upskilling, and employee well-being initiatives, promoting a differentiated value proposition for creative-sector talent. * Collaborate in defining compensation and benefits policies, salary benchmarking, and strategic talent retention. * Facilitate change management, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizational transformation processes. * Contribute to building inclusive, equitable, and safe environments by managing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the advertising sector. ### **Requirements – Experience and Knowledge in HR for Marketing and Advertising** * University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Sociology, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally as an HRBP in marketing agencies, advertising firms, digital media companies, or creative enterprises. * Proficiency in recruitment techniques, competency-based selection, and onboarding within agile and digital environments. * Knowledge of objective-based management, performance evaluation processes, and identification of training needs. * Experience designing and implementing organizational culture initiatives, workplace climate programs, and well-being initiatives. * Skills in mediation and conflict resolution, as well as supporting leaders and teams through change processes. * Intermediate English (preferred) and ability to communicate effectively with international teams. * Interest in employer branding trends, employee experience, and digital transformation within the marketing and advertising sector. #### **Essential Functions – Talent Development and Retention for Marketing and Advertising** * Coordinate selection processes for creative, strategic, and managerial positions in digital marketing and communications. * Guide talent planning, potential assessments, and career development, identifying future organizational needs
