**Job Description:** At Colectivo Moda, we are looking for a person **passionate about people** to join our team as a Human Capital Generalist. You will be responsible for implementing and executing key Human Capital processes focused on attracting, developing, retaining, and supporting talent, aligned with business objectives and our organizational culture. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Execute training, development, and performance management strategies. * Support labor relations and legal compliance matters. * Manage personnel administrative processes and document control. * Participate in culture, organizational climate, internal communication, and inclusion initiatives. * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, etc.). * Experience managing job openings across different locations in Mexico. * 80% fieldwork with follow-up at sales points. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Practical knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency with HR platforms (ATS, LMS, surveys, etc.). * Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills. * Experience in retail or consumer goods companies is desirable. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Professional development opportunities * Excellent work environment * Impactful and growth-oriented projects If you are interested, apply now.
