Today, we are looking for a **Generalist in Human Talent Management** who will contribute to strengthening corporate culture and ensuring regulatory compliance across all assigned locations. ### **Position Objective** **Execute, coordinate, and supervise comprehensive Human Resources processes**, ensuring proper compliance regarding labor relations, personnel administration, training, organizational climate, and human development. Likewise, the candidate must strengthen corporate culture and guarantee the correct application of labor regulations in the assigned locations. * Ensure proper administration and compliance with labor regulations. * Maintain healthy, productive labor relations aligned with regulatory frameworks. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Act as a liaison between operational departments and the Human Resources Department. * Manage and monitor individual labor relations. * Prepare, review, and apply administrative records or corrective dialogues when deviations from rules or policies occur. * Handle inspections, audits, or requirements from labor authorities (STPS). * Manage and mediate labor conflicts, as well as apply sanctions according to the law. * Guarantee the proper implementation of the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) and institutional policies. * Represent the company in conciliations, mediations, or labor reviews. * Participate in occupational safety, health, and hygiene committees. * Generate monthly reports and summaries for the Human Talent Management Department. * Monitor compliance with current labor reforms: Chair Law, reduced working hours, decent vacations, gender perspective, among others. * Coordinate the filing and updating of the RIT with the labor authority. * Supervise compliance and documentation of NOM\-035\. * Support in calculating and reconciling profit sharing (PTU). * Promote employee retention, recognition, and engagement strategies. * Design and implement programs to strengthen organizational culture. * Administer and monitor Career and Succession Plans. * Drive talent development and retention strategies. * Establish, analyze, and monitor Human Talent Management KPIs. * Propose and execute actions to improve turnover and retention rates. * Monitor absenteeism. * Ensure completion of training plans. * Regulatory compliance. ### **Job Profile** Education * Completed bachelor's degree with professional title in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field. * Desired postgraduate studies in a related field (not mandatory). ### **Desired Knowledge and Experience** * Labor relations and Mexican labor regulations. * Handling and interpretation of internal policies and RIT. * Application of NOM\-035\. * Personnel administration, training, and organizational climate. * Indicator management and information analysis. * Interaction with labor authorities and audit handling. * Previous experience in Human Resources roles at a corporate level. **We Offer*** Negotiable base salary, discussed during the interview within the established range. * Monthly grocery vouchers. * Monthly savings fund. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Continuous training. * Opportunity to join a solid and constantly evolving company.
