At Financiera Solidar, we are seeking a GROUP CREDIT COORDINATOR **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise group credit advisors. * Ensure achievement of loan disbursement and recovery targets. * Conduct field visits and provide support to solidarity groups. * Monitor performance indicators and portfolio quality. * Promote a culture of service and teamwork. **Requirements:** * Own transportation * Basic education * Minimum of 1 year of experience in microfinance or group lending. * Leadership, communication skills, and ability to work toward goals. * Availability for fieldwork. * Basic knowledge of digital tools and Office suite. **We Offer:** * Base salary $15,000 + bonuses for meeting targets. * Transportation allowance $3,000 * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
