A leading company in the chewing gum and candy manufacturing industry is seeking its next **Production Supervisor.** **What will make you the ideal candidate?** * Degree in Food Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Production Supervisor. * Essential knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Knowledge of Food Defense and Food Fraud. **What will you do as Production Supervisor?** * Verify compliance with specified production activities. * Verify completion of cleaning activities. * Ensure adherence to the Daily Production Schedule. * Ensure compliance with company-established programs and systems; inventory control and management. * Implement established hygiene and safety regulations. * Report to your immediate supervisor any situation jeopardizing product safety or production staff safety. * Conduct safety, hygiene, and food safety inspections within the area. * Implement and document corrective actions. * Manage provision of auxiliary equipment (e.g., uniforms, control instruments). * Evaluate the performance of personnel under your supervision. * Verify that all forms are fully and legibly completed. * Ensure personnel under your supervision comply with procedural standards and guidelines. **What do we offer?** * Net salary of $17,000.00 * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Profit-sharing * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,999.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
